By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to bind any organization you represent.

2. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, infringe third-party rights, or use outputs to mislead consumers.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the platform. You retain rights in the content you submit and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI search platforms change frequently; we do not guarantee specific citation outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate for breach or risk to the platform.
