IntentEngine AI ("we", "us") provides AI visibility and Generative Engine Optimization software for multi-location brands. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account data (name, email, company, role), billing data processed by our payment processor, and usage data such as logs, IP address, browser, and pages visited. When you connect a business profile, we ingest only the public listing data and metrics you authorize.

2. How We Use Information

To deliver the service, generate citation analytics, send transactional communications, secure the platform, and improve features. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors who host infrastructure, send email, and process payments under contractual confidentiality. We may disclose data when required by law.

4. Retention

Account data is kept for the life of your account and up to 24 months after closure. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may be retained longer.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@intentengineai.app. We honor verified requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected issues to security@intentengineai.app.
